I am a 200hr qualified Yoga Teacher
I completed my Yoga Teacher training during my pregnancy, I love to practice yoga and explore yoga philosophy to apply to my life and business.

My mission is to change the world for women, for the better. To educate and empower women with the correct knowledge, to make the most informed decisions about their own body and health, and to ultimately pave the way for the good health of women in generations to come
I am on a mission to shift the healthcare model to a holistic and realistic one for accessible and sustainable health for women, as a form of prevention and cure, naturally. Now and always, I celebrate every woman and their freedom of choice.

I hold a a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) and I am registered with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
